We work with trusted courier partners. Including Royal Mail, Evri, DX, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and DPD. To ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and order details, we may use one of these couriers to deliver your package.

Processing Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is placed, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. Usually the same day or the next working day. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We offer free next-day delivery for all customers. Please allow 1 – 2 days for delivery.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, when deliveries can take a little longer than usual.

Shipping Outside of the United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the world. All international orders are carefully packaged and shipped using reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Delivery Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, issues may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 – 5 working days while we work with our delivery partners to ensure your package is delivered.

If your Order Arrives Damaged

Please contact our customer service team via live chat, email, or our Contact Us page. To process a refund, we require photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit, and you may be required to return the product.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. However, we will do our best to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
