As an allotment owner, we harvest plenty of fresh produce, even when stored in the fridge, too much of it spoiled before we could use it, despite consistent grocery shopping. Often before they ever made it onto our plates.
It was frustrating to see good food go to waste, so we set out to find a better way to preserve that freshness.
At Fruiternal, our mission is to help others solve the same problem that they relate to. We believe that addressing the main issue, food rotting, will bring many other benefits such as saving money, tastier meals or simply getting the most out of your food.
